This year’s Coffs Coast Final of the Rally Australia Championship has welcomed Supercheap Auto on board as the naming rights partner for the November 25-27 event, which will now be called ‘The Supercheap Auto Coffs Coast Rally’.

The Supercheap Auto Coffs Coast Rally will not only be the final event of the ARC season, but will run alongside the FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship finale, with a host of international and national crews riding into Coffs Harbour.

In a huge boost for the iconic Coffs Coast region, the Supercheap Auto Rally will also form part of the inaugural Coffs Coast Festival of Motorsport, which runs from November 5-27. With the rally taking place at the end of the event, it is expected to be the biggest motorsport event in the history of the region’s love affair with motorsport.

Among the stars at the event will be WRC competitor and Kiwi superstar Hayden Paddon, recent winner of the Rali Ceredigion tarmac event in Wales.

Paddon will travel to Coffs Harbor to take on our own ARC stars, with series leader Harry Bates and Gippsland Rally winner Lewis Bates at the forefront of the home charge.

In an even bigger blow for rally fans, spectators will have free access to the rally throughout the weekend, which includes access to the C.ex Coffs International Stadium service park.

Supercheap Auto managing director Benjamin Ward says fans will also be able to experience the Supercheap Auto Clubhouse, which has been a feature of Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships events throughout 2022.

“The Supercheap Auto Coffs Coast Rally will showcase the best drivers from Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. We are delighted to partner with Motorsport Australia for this international event,” said Ward.

“As part of our support for this event, rally fans will have the opportunity to experience our Supercheap Auto Clubhouse, which offers plenty of entertainment, food and drink and driver appearances throughout the weekend. end. It’s a truly unique experience, right in the heart of the service park.

“We’re looking forward to ‘making it great’ on the Coffs coast in November.”

Motorsport Australia Motorsport and Business Operations Director Michael Smith thanked Supercheap Auto for its continued support of motorsport.

“Supercheap Auto are a huge supporter of all levels of motorsport and we are delighted to be working with them at the Supercheap Auto Coffs Coast Rally,” said Smith.

“The event promises to be a fitting finale for the ARC, as well as a great spectacle with the APRC component of the event bringing world-class international rally drivers to Australian shores.”
