Over 200 cars, trucks and motorcycles were on display at Tom Ahl dealership for the annual convention Lima heartbeat charity car show. Owners of classic cars, custom cars, motorcycles and trucks were ready to show their pride and joy while raising funds to help women before and after pregnancy. The agency receives no funding other than donations, so events like the auto show help Heartbeat continue its mission.

“We work with young women and men who find themselves pregnant and often they are worried and do not know what to do,” says Patti Kennedy the ex. Real. of Heartbeat from Lima. “We are there for them to come to us and we help them in their pregnancy and work with them a lot until their child is three years old.

“They are really working with these young people, who are in a difficult situation and are really making a difference and changing their lives and saving lives,” said Tom Ahl who hosted the auto show. “We are delighted to support Heartbeat, we are grateful to Limaland and this participation in this show was nothing short of special.

Ahl says that even though they didn’t have the auto show last year due to the pandemic, the dealership was able to donate around $ 10,000 to Heartbeat and he says the donation of this year will far exceed that amount.
